For the same invention, HPC's standard utility-application pricing is designed so that work already completed by HPC is not simply charged again when it materially carries forward into the next stage.

How cumulative pricing works: when an applicable earlier HPC component has already been completed and its professional fee has been earned and paid, that component ordinarily is not charged again to the extent the earlier work materially carries forward. The particular matter is reviewed before final scope and pricing are proposed.

Designs, continuations, and divisionals
Design Patent Applications
$2,500
For one claimed design of ordinary complexity, including application preparation and filing, coordination for a standard set of professional patent drawings, HPC review of the drawings, and two reasonable substantive revision rounds.
Continuations & Divisionals
HPC can prepare continuation, divisional, and continuation-in-part applications. Pricing is quoted after review based on the extent to which existing work can be reused and the new substantive work required.
Already have the application substantially prepared?
You may not need full application-preparation service. HPC also offers filing/finalization support and substantive U.S.-practice review for applications and other work prepared by the applicant, a law firm, a foreign associate, or another authorized source.
